How Palm Beach Tree Match Works
We're a free matching service for homeowners and property managers. Here's exactly what we do and don't do.
What we are
Palm Beach Tree Match is a referral service. We run this website, collect tree service requests and pass each one to an independent local tree company that serves the area and type of job. We are not a tree service contractor, we don't send crews, and we don't set prices.
How we make money
Homeowners never pay us. Tree companies in our network may pay us a fee per referral or a monthly advertising fee. That doesn't change what you pay: each company gives you its own estimate.
Who gets your request
We send each request to one company, not a list of bidders, so your phone doesn't blow up. If that company can't take the job, we may pass it to another company in our network, and only with the consent you gave on the form.
What we check
Before a company receives requests, we ask it for a current certificate of general liability insurance and proof of any license its city or the county requires. We can't guarantee any company's work. Always confirm insurance and licensing yourself, get a written estimate, and don't pay in full before the job is done. Palm Beach County's contractor regulations page is a good starting point.
