Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit the quote form, we collect what you enter: name, phone, optional email, city, the service you need and your job description. Our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

How we use it

We use your information to pass your request to one independent local tree service company in our network so it can contact you about your job, and, if needed, to follow up about that request. We don't sell your information and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Who we share it with

The tree company we refer you to. Service providers that run this site for us: the website host, and the form processor (FormSubmit), each only to provide its service. And authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep request records only as long as needed to manage referrals and billing with our partner companies, and then delete them.

Your choices

To ask what we have about you, or to have it deleted, email wfhelp@mail.grokbot.com. Once a company has your request, it handles your information under its own privacy practices.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add analytics later, we'll update this page first.

This site is for adults and isn't directed to children under 13.
